The Vintage Point

Vintage has always been a style that I've admired, and this is just one of my interpretations of it. I think the detail and texture of this lace number is what adds such opulence to this outfit. It's so beautiful!

I don't know why but I've suddenly developed a new love of all things lace. I'd been looking for the perfect ankle-grazing midi skirt for a while when I stumbled upon this one on Asos. After buying the skirt I also happened to find this lace top also on Asos, and I thought it would be such a great match. Funny enough, they're not exactly supposed to match, just of a similar fabric, and texture - and I love that - although you can see how the patterns are different from the close up photo!
