Black Lace

Hi everyone!! Hope you've all been well and had an excellent Christmas. I bet you're all looking forward to the new year, I know I am!! I'm really determined to become more regular at blogging and to get more involved in styling projects. I really can't wait for the new year!!

Anyway, here's what I wore to church two weeks ago. Isn't this lace outfit so gorgeous???!! It is so reminiscent of African lace and I totally fell in love when I saw the outfit - I just couldn't leave the store without it! I have to give a big "thank you" to my little sisters from church; they actually helped me to pick out this outfit.

Had to put on my coat and gloves every now and again as it was so cold!!

So I hosted a slumber party for my little sisters at mine and we went out and about into town the following day. We went to River Island and they spotted the skirt and thought it would be perfect for me. I tried it on and definitely agreed, and they suggested I got a matching top. We asked the shop assistant if the skirt had a matching top and to our surprise she said yes, but they only had one left in the store and it was a size 10. However, like I said I wasn't ready to leave without the outfit so I got it!
